How Much Does Skin Rejuvenation Treatment Cost?

How Much Does Skin Rejuvenation Treatment Cost?

Your skin undergoes exposure to factors that can increase its deterioration rate daily. Factors like UV rays, sunlight exposure and even facial expressions can increase the rate at which your skin loses its elasticity and smoothness.

Thankfully, treatments are available to rejuvenate the skin, even if it is in the process of ageing. SharpLight develops cosmetic devices that are useful for skin rejuvenation purposes. These devices are among the best treatments to treat skin ageing.

But, they come at a cost. Here, we’ll discuss some of SharpLight’s skin treatment devices and how much they cost.

The Need Skin Rejuvenation

The need for skin rejuvenation is an offshoot of different factors. Skin ageing is just one of the more common causes why some people require rejuvenation treatments. But other factors increase the rate at which your skin degrades.

Exposure to the sun is one factor most people tend to forget. The sun’s ultraviolet rays can easily penetrate into the inner layer of the skin. This penetration can cause internal damage that results in premature skin ageing.

Your lifestyle can also determine whether or not you’ll need to pay the cost of skin rejuvenation treatments. Alcoholic beverages, fatty and oily food, can also quicken your skin’s deterioration rate.

These factors just show that just about anyone may need to rejuvenate their skin. Thankfully, the aesthetics industry is home to many types of treatment to combat skin ageing. Some of these treatments are invasive since there may be a need to remove a layer of the skin forcibly. Others involve the injection of certain chemicals into the treatment area.

Compared to these treatments, the technologies used by SharpLight devices are significantly safer. And it’s an important distinction to consider when evaluating the cost of skin rejuvenation treatments from Sharplight.

Cost should never be more important than overall safety. Skin rejuvenation helps solve cosmetic problems which are not lethal or life-threatening. Consequently, these rejuvenation treatments should never put your health in harm’s way.

SharpLight Devices For Skin Rejuvenation

SharpLight devices can treat multiple kinds of skin irregularities. Depending on the model, the devices may have incorporated technologies which include Dynamic Pulse Control (DPC™), VermaDerm™, Radio Frequency (RF), or lasers.

Medical clinics within the province of Ontario usually use one or more SharpLight devices to treat a wide variety of skin irregularities. You may refer to the following details for more information on SharpLight devices for skin rejuvenation treatments:

OmniMax devices

SharpLight’s OmniMax devices are the most flexible devices for skin rejuvenation. These devices are known for incorporating multiple aesthetic technologies from SharpLight.

Depending on the physician’s evaluation in charge of applying the treatment to the client, a session may include multiple skin treatments. The technologies may be used in combination with each other.

OmniMax devices effectively reduce the signs of skin laxity, wrinkles, and other effects of photo-ageing. It can also remove uneven skin tone.

One common handpiece is the DPC SR 580. By using DPC™ technology, the device takes advantage of pulse duration control which is one of the benefits of intense pulse light (IPL) or lasers. In addition to this, the device adds pulse configuration control. This makes DPC™ technology unique from other devices that use traditional IPL or laser technology.

The handpiece uses selective dermal heating on the dermis layer to stimulate neocollagenesis. In layman’s terms, it activates epidermal regeneration. The heat from the hand piece also helps increase the skin’s wound-healing response

The RF handpieces, including RF Body and RF Face, provide advanced multi-polar RF energy.  The thermal effect of heat energy from the handpieces contracts collagen fibres. It’s an effect that eventually leads to skin tightening results. When clients undergo repeat treatments with this device, their fibroblasts are stimulated to create new elastic fibres and collagen for long-term skin improvement.

The device includes the VermaDermTM infrared handpieces which emit a wavelength ranging from 850nm to 1750nm. This makes it possible for energy to penetrate the lower layer of the dermis — the reticular dermis.

Intracellular fluid absorbs wavelength energy, warming up the collagen fibres which contract due to heat exposure. As the client comes back for more treatments, new collagen fibres are created, which will help improve skin firmness and elasticity.

There are two models for SharpLight’s OmniMax devices. The OmniMax S3 is a model that can effectively give skin rejuvenation treatments. It incorporates Dynamic Pulse Control (DPC™), VermaDerm™, and Radio Frequency (RF).

For the OmniMax S4, this device adds laser technology, specifically fractional laser technology. These fractional laser handpieces are ideal for treating photo damage, scars, and other skin imperfection. The OmniMax S4 is especially effective thanks to its capability to deliver a wavelength of 2940nm. The fractional laser is safer than others because it doesn’t ablate large surfaces. By ablating in minute micro-beams separated by health tissue, the treatment results in faster reepithelialization and recovery.

Rapid devices

Rapid Firm incorporates both the VermaDerm™ and RF technologies. Rapid DPC has handpieces that use DPC™ technology. Rapid Contour is focused only on using RF technology. Rapid Peel, on the other hand, uses fractional laser technology. Lastly, Rapid Tight is used by medical clinics that prefer only to use VermaDerm™ technology.
