With over 14 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetics Industry, he has personally contributed to over $23 million in sales and device integrations. Assaf played a key role in establishing a North American Sales Team, forging alliances with over 75 distributors and sub-distributors, generating more than $100 million in revenue. He has managed an 8-figure annual budget and successfully integrated medical aesthetic technologies into numerous practices worldwide. Assaf has collaborated on over 15 luminary studies with leading Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Family Practice Physicians in North America, while also developing comprehensive marketing strategies that have supported thousands of clinics in lead generation. He has launched over 25 strategic marketing programs aimed at fostering growth and development within Aesthetic Practices across North America.

With dual Honours degrees from the University of Toronto in Neuroscience and Health Studies, along with a Specialist in International Development Studies, Lory epitomizes a lifelong learner. She holds a graduate certificate in Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices Regulatory Affairs & Quality Operations, graduating with honors and a 4.0 GPA. At SharpLight, Lory leads Operations, aligning strategic goals with top-tier operating and quality performance. She fosters company culture, integrating new team members successfully and evolving operational divisions to meet growth needs. Lory spearheaded a deal processing division, forged key leasing partnerships for faster approvals, and supports sales targets and financial goals through meticulous deal management. Her role extends to cash flow management, regulatory relations with Health Canada and FDA, purchasing, inventory, supply chain management, and resolving legal matters.
