The Exciting Position:
As our Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind regional growth — building relationships with medical professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering SharpLight’s value story with confidence and precision.
You’ll hunt. You’ll close. You’ll build long-term partnerships.
Your Mission:
- Own and grow your assigned territory by developing strong, loyal relationships with clinics, medispas, and medical professionals.
- Prospect new accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate opportunities through calls, drop-ins, and strategic networking.
- Deliver impactful product demos and presentations that inspire confidence and conversion.
- Maintain and expand the customer database through CRM updates, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with our Business Development and Clinical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
- Stay ahead of competitors by monitoring market trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.
- Deliver presentations in a clear and concise tone, with confidence & extreme knowledge to persuade prospect to purchase product.
- Represent SharpLight at trade shows, events, and in-field demonstrations — being the face of innovation and partnership.
Required Education & Experience:
- Must reside in the greater Vancouver area
- High school/College Diploma/BA
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 3 years in sales
- Preferred background in aesthetics
